In the beginning
The Executives began life in 2016 as the house band of Berlin internet agency ]init[ AG. The band's history goes further back though, starting in 2003 under the name 'The Betriebsrat' ('Works Council'). This incarnation were together until 2011, at which point the band took an extended break. When Hinnerk Peters decided to put the band back together in 2016, the line-up changed enough to warrant a new name, and so The Executives were born.
